Yesterday I finished up the barf phase of “A Sword in the Spokes”, the second Pelly and Winters story, and am starting in on the polish phase. The word count stands at bit over 20K and if prior patterns prevail, the total for SitS should be about 22K words.  I’m planning on finishing the first polish pass by this time next week, but considering how SitS ended up being three times longer than I had planned, I won’t promise anything.
